This is a GREAT show in all ways!!
I learned a lot from that show you should have more guest really enjoyable.
I love four Vines!! They make like 20 wines. Great zin values. He seems like a nice guy.
Awesome!! I just learned a lot.
Great show with my favorite Zinfandel producer, who also happens to make some kick butt Syrah and one of the better un-oaked Chardonnays out of California. Christian rocks!
I wonder why more winemakers don’t use hungarian oak more often.
chris, great show. love the set up
Great mix of humor and education…
Would have liked to run into you Chris. Spent most of my time in the Port area, nobody was there it was great. Also drank probably an entire bottle of the Folcrum Anderson Valley Pinot (pours got smaller and smaller), retail $52.00 kind of high, but that wine killed it. The wife and I did the New Zealand seminar with Bill Nesto. Really interesting to discover the region differences in New Zealand, fascinating.
I was hoping we ran into each other, I spent a lot of time upstairs with Zraly and then was drinking some titus,e.guigal and four vines.
One day for sure.
That guy is great!
One of the best shows I’ve seen thus far. Thanks for the education and non “PC” oppinions by your guest. Drop a line to Le Cuvier (LcWine.com) winery in Paso, maybe they will send you a bottle to taste on your show. Some of the best Zin we have ever had and the wine making process really pushes the envelope.
Thanks again,
Steve
From one Chris to another I really am enjoying your videos. The winemaker interviews ROCK!
Cheers
Excellent show! Keep it up. I will find some of his wines.
How about the guy in the back after minute 7 faking a picture of his girlfriend to take a picture of you guys. Great!
I just saw that, it is pretty funny
These are great episodes. Big fan of the winemaker interviews!
that’s pretty cool. is there ever a wine expo like that in nyc?
Yes, New York Wine Expo. Here is the page:

Just some advice pino pete, don’t know about the New York event, but I can see it’s run by the same outfit. If the wife and I could do Boston again, we would do an entire day of seminars. The public tasting is push and shove and it’s hard to taste, even to get to a spit bucket at times. Might want to schedule seminars and use your money for that, better bang for the buck. Those seminars are really great events. $20.00 each for the Sauvignon Blanc at the event and it was a bargin. Nesto did a great job. Just my opinion for what it’s worth.
